Refund Policy

At My Liverpool Home Appliances, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery or collection. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Large appliances (such as fridges, ovens, washing machines) must not have been installed or connected.

Refund Policy - the basics

 • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
•    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
•    Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Additional Information 

•    Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
