Welcome to My Liverpool Home Appliances. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and an email confirmation has been sent.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• We accept secure payments by card and other options listed at checkout.

Delivery & Collection

• Large appliances (fridges, ovens, washing machines, etc.): Delivered within Merseyside only.
• Large appliances outside Merseyside: Available for collection only.
• Small appliances (e.g., kettles, toasters, kitchen gadgets): Delivered UK-wide via courier.
• Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by couriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access for delivery of large appliances.

Returns & Refunds

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery or collection for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Large appliances must not have been installed or used to qualify for a return.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Warranties

• All appliances are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty coverage and duration may vary by product and brand.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
