•Delivery Fees: calculated at checkout based on the product size and delivery address.
•Customer Responsibility: Please ensure there is clear access for delivery (doorways, stairs, pathways).
Large Appliances – Outside Merseyside
•For customers outside Merseyside, large appliances are available on a Collection Only basis.
•After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a collection time and provide our collection address.
Delivery of Small Kitchen Appliances
•We deliver small appliances (e.g., kettles, toasters, food processors) across the UK mainland via trusted couriers.
•Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.
•Delivery Fees:•Orders under £100 → flat rate £6.99
•Orders £100 and above → Free Delivery
Damaged or Faulty Items
•If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours at:
